Hey I lately I have been feeling really tired, I havent really been able to sleep at night at all, but still very tired I have been having back pains, headaches, runny bowels, frequent pee very strong smell in my pee and I caught the worst cramps during sex with my boyfriend the other day & I was just wondering if theirs anything I should worry
