Stomach pain with vomit
My son is 4.8yr old and from past 4 days he complains of stomach pain near belly and sometimes vomit also .yesterday visited doctor and is on medication for acute gastritis that is lanzol junior,ondem and entromax for 2 days but even then he is complaining of stomach pain and no appetite,dull.he used to eat too much of chewing gum before few days can that have made this problem or recently he had red grapes too can that be the issue.for how long will this acute gastritis take to control.

Please visit a pediatrician. Gastritis should have subsided by now. Chewing gum and junk food can also be a cause for stomach pain. Or there may other reasons
