She is H pylori positive as the Rapid urease test came positive and should immediately start on antibiotic therapy for one week. Start with the following medications. 1. Tab amoxiclav 625 mg 1 tab 2 times a day, 2. Tab Omeprazole 40 mg 1 Tab 1 Daily empty stomach, 3. Cap. Vizilac 1 cap once daily, 4. Tab. Metron 400mg 1 tab 3 times a day. Continue all for 7 days
