Ultra sound report says "A small cortical cyst measuring approx 7*7 mm seen in right kidney" please advice how much critical it is and is this reason for stomach pain?

Hello...... A simple kidney cyst is a round pouch of smooth, thin-walled tissue or a closed pocket that is usually filled with fluid. ... They are not the same thing as polycystic kidney disease, if there are multiple cyst with depleting kidney function that is serious issue......Surgical removal is recommended in cases of cortical cysts that have reached a considerable size.
