Asked for Female, 30 Years

My MC/periods has not happened from last 2 months n now before 3 days I had severe pain. When consulted doctor, it was asked to do USG and urine pregnancy test. Urine pregnancy test says negative and USG test says below: 1. Hepatomegaly with diffuse fatty change in liver. 2. Both ovaries show no obvious polycystic changes or any maturing follicle - suggested hormonal correlation. Kindly help me know what doctor should I see for this? Is it a gyenocologist or other doctor? I just don't want that when I go to a gyno doc then he or she refers me to someone else.
