Hi there I understand your concern and anxiety about your friend health... 20 tab will be 10 gm which is very much near to toxic dose...I cant comment on that as i have not seen patient.. Some clinical and lab examinations needed to comment on that...I would suggest you to give your friend saline water so that he can vomit...take him to nearest casualty in hospital they will do the needful.
