Stomach pain. At present. please guide!

My father who is 60 was successfully operated for cancer in the ascending colone in 2002. Recently he suffered from viral fever around 3 month earlier which took 1and a half month to recover. Recently he assisted someone in lifting some heavyweight and after some times he began experiencing pain in his stomach that increases after he has his food. His ultrasound shows mildly enlarged liver 143 mm and his blood report shows fall in hemoglobin to 8.30 and platelets to 1.39 and total leucocyte count to 4300 and P.D.W to 19.6 and R.D.W-SD to 60.2 and S.G.O.T to 53.00 and S.G.P.T to 40.47 and A/G ratio is 1.17 VLDL Cholesterol is 20.60. He is on continuous medication for leukoderma ( Relaxo,Purodil,Amlypure,lukoskin oral and ointment and Derma charge) which is discontinued at present . Please guide!
