Stomach pain in pregnancy

Hi, My wife's last periods first date was 30th may. Prega news test is positive on 12th july. She is feeling stomuch pain from 2 -3 days, legs below knees are also having pain. What might be the reason?

If she has pain in upper abdomen, it could be gastritis which is very common in pregnancy. However if pain is lower down, you should see a local gynaecologist right away. Once she starts vitamins, pain will improve
