Stomach pain in pregnAncy

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Am 37 days pregnant lady,3 days before i had severe fever,cough and throat pain so i consult a gynaecologist,she gives me paracetamol vamol650 tablet and vitamin tablet also she said that wanna consult her in next month with scanning report.now am suffering from stomach ache.my doubt is y me having stomach ache? Is there any problem on using paracetamol tablet??or it is common to have stomach ache during pregnancy??pls help me doctor
