Stomach pain in left

Asked for Female, 23 Years

Last year in dec i got pragnant.. i was unmarried so i did abortion by pills (Faston cmbi kit ) in Jan last this year.. But now sometime im facing stomach pain in left side ... I consult a doc he refer to ultrasound i did ... Ultrasound result was LEFT ADNEXA COMPLEX CYSTS 58×53mm ... What is this i did not understand ... Suggest me what should i do next step
