Stomach pain in early pregnany

Asked for Male, 32 Years

My wife has pain in lower stomach in left side and she is 5 weeks pregnant. (LMP 11 March). There is no bleeding but the pain is there continue. Yesterday she felt bloating also (Afara) but after taking lemon water, she felt relaxed. Today again she is feeling pain in lower stomach. In past she had UTI but since 3-4 months, she did not face any problem related to UTI. This is our second child. As we are not in india, we are in dire need of help as suggestion. we will be obliged if you can suggest some medicine or home remedy. regards, Pawam
