I have been having stomach pain issue since a long time. Whatever I eat or drink, the pain begins. Sometimes it lasts for days, sometimes it's short lived. I observed this mostly after having milk. At all times, I am either constipated or having a loose stomach. I really don't know how a good stomach feels like. What should I do. Kindly help.

Health Tips
1)Try to Sip small servings of milk up to 4 ounces at a time. The smaller the serving, the less likely it is to cause gastrointestinal problems. 2)Make a note of dairy products what you eat. Not all dairy products have the same amount of lactose. You may be able to tolerate cultured milk products, such as yogurt. 3)Try to buy lactose-reduced or lactose-free products. You can find these products at most supermarkets in the refrigerated dairy section. 4)Take lactase enzyme tablets. Over-the-counter tablets containing the lactase enzyme (Lactaid) may help you digest dairy products. You can take tablets just before a meal or snack. Or the drops can be added to a carton of milk. 5)Mix 1 tablespoon of raw, unfiltered apple cider vinegar in a glass of water.Drink it twice daily for at least 3 weeks. Hope that helps

It seems likely that you have gastritis in which case you would require antacids. These following lifestyle changes will be of help:
- Don't skip meals, you may not feel like eating but in such conditions you should have the reduced amount in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better.
- Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food
- Reduce weight to an ideal weight as per your BMI
- Exercise regularly
- Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters
- Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking if you have the habit
- Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation.
- Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment.
If the problem persisits or worsens kindly visit the nearest ER at the earliest
