I have mildy bulky,anteverted uterus with presence of small hypoechoic area at posterior uterine body wall.

It looks like its a picture of a small fibroid in uterus. If you don't hv any symptoms like heavy periods ,painful periods etc then nothing is to be done . Consult directly online for further management regarding the same.
