My son who is 10 years old, is suddenly experiencing accute stomach pain around the naval area. He didn't eat any outside food.

Hello...... It could be gastritis or gastroenteritis.. Detailed history and local examination is required for diagnosis.. If necessary ultrasound may also be required.. Consult gastroenterologist or general physician in nearest hospital.. Give him gelusil antacid and see if pain relieves after passing stool.
