  4. Stomach pain and vomitings. It critical?

Stomach pain and vomitings
I had vomitings, headache and stomach pain. My Ultrasound report says Mild tenderness in right lumber and iliac region. While CT scan says bulky right ovary with multiple cyst lesions within. Is it critical?
