Stomach pain and vometing
My kid is 4 yrs old weight is 18 kg very active all good
But mostly I see he complains of stomach pain and does vometing so I hv him pain medicine as prescribed by his pediatrician it gets control in 2 to max 3 days but the issue is ever alternate month he complains this what should I do now

Does he have fever also, any loose stools, does he eat spicy food, what about his stools, are they hard, is he constipated,.

Common causes for stomach pain are-
1) constipation- if the case improve fluid intake and fruit plus fibre in diet.
2) if repeated monthly infections, make sure source of water and food is clean and not source of repeated infection
3) if lower abdomen pain with urine problem, consider ruling out urine infection
If not above, will need physical examination by your doctor and consideration for tests/ scans based on location of pain.
