Stomach pain and vaginal bleeding

Asked for Female, 18 Years

Over the past few days, I have had stomach pain in my lower abdomen. I have been on birth control for about two and a half months now. Also, over the past few days I have had light bleeding, a brown color blood. Today, I bled heavier and it was red as if I had started my period, which is not due for two weeks. The odor also has changed.

Did you forget pills in between ?? Are u having any PCOs or thyroid issue,in any case u should get an ultrasound done to clear doubts on any underlying issues.
