Surely doesn't seem to be related to COVID now. Sometimes the medications like steroids causes hyperacidity. It should have been settled by this time, but if not, you can continue Pan D for 2 more weeks twice a day before food. If still symptoms persist, get a consultation of gastroenterologist in nearby area. Don't worry, doesn't seems a major issue. Take care
