Stomach Pain and Frequent loose motions

Asked for Male, 7 Years

We have checked with doctor at KURNOOL AP. Took him to gastroenterologist. Post ultra scan, found to have Lymph nodes in instestine. My daughter is a case of lung TB. They stay closer together. TB doctor has suggested for a endoscopy to confirm if this could be a case of Instestine TB. Need opinion on the same. Attached are his scan reports.
