Stomach pain and fever which Antibiotic?
Usually my doctor gives calpol250 for stomach pain and fever for 2 days and if does not recover, he prescribe antibiotic like Zifi.
Daughter got same symptoms again i.e stomach pain with Fever(chills).
I am giving her calpol 250 (8ml) for 2 days. Also started giving tufpro for 2days. Shall i also add zifi? (no loose motion, no vomiting just smelly farts) or anything else can suggest(my doctor is out of town).
She is getting fever after 4-5 hrs after calpol dose.
