Symptoms are suggestive of gastritis/acid reflux or increased bowel gas, especially since pain improves after passing motions. Delayed periods can also occur with thyroid imbalance, stress, or hormonal changes.
Next Steps
-Continue thyroid medication regularly on empty stomach -Tab/Powder antacid or gas-relief agents may help: -Syp Carmicide 5 ml TDS after food for 5–7 days -Tab Pantoprazole 40 mg OD before breakfast for 5 days if acidity present To do: -Urine pregnancy test -TSH, Free T4 if thyroid not checked recently
Health Tips
-Avoid tea/coffee, spicy food, late-night meals -Small frequent meals and adequate hydration -Walking after dinner may reduce gas/bloating -Seek review if severe pain, vomiting, fever, or persistent delay in periods -Contact me anytime on Practo for further consultation.

It happens due to indigestion and excessive gas formation in intestines. Take a healthy diet to maintain your gut flora. You can take probiotics too

The pattern of abdominal pain and gas specifically upon waking that is relieved by a bowel movement is highly characteristic of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) or a functional gastrointestinal motility disorder. The 'morning rush' of symptoms occurs because the colon wakes up and starts contracting (the gastrocolic reflex) after a night of rest. Furthermore, your late period and thyroid condition suggest a hormonal shift; fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone can significantly affect gut sensitivity and slow down digestion, leading to the 'loads of gases' you are experiencing."
Next Steps
do connect and consult with me for  better treatment plan and advice feel free to contact me.and .To discuss the link between your thyroid levels and these digestive symptoms and to receive a prescription for gut-relaxing medications, please book a full consultation session via my Practo profile."
Health Tips
The 'Early Morning' Ritual: "Drink a glass of warm water immediately upon waking. This helps stimulate a smooth bowel movement and reduces the intensity of the gas-related cramps." Dinner Timing: "Ensure your 'light dinner' is eaten at least 3 hours before sleep. Lying down too soon after eating can lead to incomplete digestion and gas buildup by the next morning." Caution: "Do not rely on laxatives every day to resolve the morning pain. Overuse of stimulant laxatives can make your bowel 'lazy' and worsen the underlying motility issue over time." Red Flags: "Seek immediate medical attention if you notice blood in your stool, experience unintended weight loss, or if the abdominal pain becomes constant and is no longer relieved by passing motions."

Happens due to gas, acidity, bowel spasms or mild gut irritation, especially when the pain improves after passing motions, so please don’t panic. Thyroid imbalance, stress and hormonal fluctuations can also contribute to delayed periods and digestive symptoms. Continue your thyroid medication regularly. Please consult with me once so I can assess your symptoms properly and guide you with the right medicines, diet advice and whether any tests are actually needed.

Looks like acidity/gas or mild stomach infection. Since you feel better after motions, it is less likely serious. Take light food, avoid spicy/oily food, tea/coffee on empty stomach, and drink plenty of water. Periods can get delayed 5–7 days due to stress, thyroid imbalance or hormonal changes. Continue your thyroid medicine regularly. If periods don’t come in 1 week, repeat pregnancy test and check TSH. See doctor if severe pain, vomiting, fever, blood in stool or persistent delay happens.

Seems like gas/acidity related issue. Since you feel better after motions, serious problem is less likely. Take light food, avoid spicy/oily items, stay hydrated. If periods delay more, repeat pregnancy test and check TSH. You can consult me for proper treatment.

Morning stomach pain relieved by passing gas/stool suggests IBS or gastritis. Thyroid dysfunction can also cause GI issues and delayed periods — your 75mcg dose may need review. See your doctor to check thyroid levels (TSH) and assess GI symptoms. Stay hydrated and avoid trigger foods.
