Stomach pain after taking unwanted72

PAST HISTORY Me and my gf had sex 2 months ago .she take unwanted72 as it was unprotected. Nd got her peroids . everything was going normal. Now after two months we again had a unprotected sex and she took unwanted72 within 15 mins of intercourse.From that day onwards she had pain in her stomach ..after 6 days she is feeling that pain much heavy.She also feel like vomit but she cant vomit. I HAVE 2 QUESTIONS 1.why she is having so much stomach pain ..Is it a adverse effect of morning after pill??? 2.is there any chance of her being pregnant?

When she was having last menstrual period?If it is near by then do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding.
