I took some really strong anti biotics and started Having vaginal signs of a yeast infection but now they’re gone , I’m having really bad stomach pains and abdominal cramps and It appears there is yeast in my poop. Could the infection be the cause of this pain?

First of all go consult the doctor who had given you the antibiotics. Coming to yeast in poops , its probably mucous shreds in stool, and you are having some  dysentrical trouble, and the probably the cause lies with the water.
