I have feeling heaviness in my lower abdomen both side..i did all kind of blood test usg abdomen endoscopy n colonoscopy..pro come with me is that large intestine ulcer n GERD problem...I have digestion issue also having semi solid motion all time. My question is that stomach heavyness is due to ulcer or gerd or due to gastric problem or something else??? I don't have any bed habit like smoking or drinking...I take strictly diet having 5 time meal instead of 3 big meal. I want to know is their solutions in aaurveda??? I took allopathic bt no cure in this. So plz ans any aurvedic doctor..thx sir

Don worry there are good ayurveda medicines and panchakarma treatments ifor your problem. Pain and heaviness in lower abdomen is may be due to ulcer in large intestines. Ayurveda medicines like kamaduga rasa, soothshekara rasa, shankha vati, mustarista etc will help. panchakrma treatments like basti virechana, vamana also helps.

Hi there...Increasing your fiber intake will help promote good digestion....Foods that are fiber-rich include beans, fruits, whole grains, beans and vegetables....in adequate fluid content in your diet can help you in better digestion...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercise...consult gastroenterologist they will do the needful.
