I have diarhea issues every time i eat normal food since the past 3 days. I initially just depended on ORS but I have now been advised by a doctor friend to take Ciplox OZ tablets as this is becoming recurring issue. How many times should I take it in a day and at what intervals? Is there anything else I should do that might help be feel better sooner?

You should take ciplox OZ 3 times a day for 5 days only
Also try taking lactobacillus probiotic tablet once a day to improve gut health and motility.
For a few days try dietary modifications. Eat less oily and spicy food and add some fruits and chaach.
If still no improvement then try legumes, whole grains, brown rice and popcorn to get necessary dietary fibres.
