My baby having stomacg infection running 3 days. and caugh nd cold. M using atm 100 medicine for infection.

Give ors after every loose motion if watery,add curds and Banana in the diet. Give just steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down. Use paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required.
