Stomach hard at night
I'm 19 weeks pregnant and I observe my stomach becomes hard only at night. My scans look normal. Morning I feel the stomach is back to normal softness. Why is this so?

It can be due to gas formation.. avoid oily spicy food, and don't sleep immediately after having meals.. walk for 15 minutes minimum before sleeping.
