Recurring stomach cramps—especially at the same spot—can be a sign that your old H. pylori infection might be flaring up again or has caused some lasting gastric irritation, like gastritis or even a small ulcer. Here’s what you should do: Get a stool antigen test or urea breath test for H. pylori again. Avoid painkillers, spicy/oily food, smoking, and alcohol. Consider a trial of PPI (like pantoprazole) once daily before food—but only after a doctor's advice. If confirmed, H. pylori can be treated with triple or quadruple antibiotic therapy. I specialize in these cases—connect with me directly for a focused consultation and complete relief.
