Stomach cramps
I have been having dull tummy cramps for the last couple of days along with think brown discharge, I finished my period and this started a few days after, I have been told I could have under active thyroid and this could affect it but I'm not sure if it's something more serious.

Most likely it is either due to harmonal imbalance, Thyroid , PCOs or in case you took any ipills it could be due to that ,in case u did any unprotected sex u should do a Urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy.
