Got back pain in the morning. Evening suddenly got stomach pain. Lower chest is also paining. Please suggest me what to do

Hello...... You have multiple problems... You should consult general physician.... Each symptom have so many causes... Need examination and investigation....gastritis could cause stomach pain and chest pain..... irregular posture while sleeping can cause back pain, ............
