Stomach and back pain.

Asked for Male, 28 Years

6 days ago started feeling a dull pain on center stomach. Next day midsection of back was aching. Then the following day i had severe pain my whole back couldn't twist, bend or move my head downwards, including stomach dull pain. I used heat patches and motrin all day. The following day the pain was there put much less. Now its the 6th day and my stomach still has the dull aching feeling and throbbing once in a while. A little constipated. My midsection of the back still hurts.
