You should get a ultrasound done. Consult a doctor. There are different causes for stomach ache - infection, appendicitis , stones in gall bladder, IBS, etc etc
The treatment varies for different conditions. So a correct diagnosis is must. meet a doctor ASap
Warm water - will releive all kinds of stomach issues. So use it to releive the ache a little and then take him/her to hospital
