  3. Stomach ache. Is not cleared by enema?

Suffering from stomach pain and taken medicine as prescribed by a doctor/.. last two days severe pain due to movement of gas in the stomach area and went to doctor. stomach is like aired with balloon. The was not passed properly and became hard in the stomach. operation is required if stool is not cleared by enema?
