Stomach ache after medicines may be either gastritis or antibiotic induced GASTROENTERITIS or it may be some other cause. Does this pain increase or decrease after meals. How are the motions. Any nausea or vomitting sensation etc. ? Other characteristics of pain need to be known.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks etc. high fibre diet. stop these medicines.
