I am having stomach ache since I started kapalbhati,I stopped it now and 3 months ago I had tonsils then it is like one side of throat seems like congested as when I eat something it feels it is sticking and excessive burp coming ! I am experiencing bloating and gas with acidity! I don't know what to do! When throat congestion goes slight stomach ache comes! Whats that? No fever or any other problem

U probably have gerd ( ie acid reflux from stomach into throat ) that causing burping and throat irritation.

Avoid spicy food , avoid excess coffee and tea, have regular food and sleep
