I am 29 year old woman and having upper abdomen pain after meal. I am having this problem for 1 month. In between I have visited GP and she asked for couple of tests like ultra sound, sonography but everything was ok.
Any suggestion?

Hello...... Get an endoscopy.... Take curdrice ,drink plenty of water , have frequent small meals instead of large regular meals.Sleep 2-3 hours after having dinner . Avoid spicy, hot ,high protein containing foods like fish .Take dal rice , butter milk .Antacids and ppi till then..
