Stomach ache at night I can't sleep. Hel

I'm having stomach ache since two days. Its very painful it often takes place at night.At evening my stomach starts paining till 15 mins. It is very painful I'm 25 years old man. Because of this pain I'm failed to go college because my stomach also pains in the morning. Pain comes for 15 mins and then goes but when I have pain it makes me down
