I've been having a stomach ache since yesterday morning. I wasn't able to pick a piece of paper on the floor cause it aches a lot.

Hello when the common causes of stomach ache would be muscle spasm, colitis, calculi, infection related appendicitis, etc... It would have been really better if you were specific about where exactly you are having the pain and also other symptoms associated with it... Meet a doctor in person.. thank you
