Hello Doctor,
I am an IT Professional, works in different shift s (24*5 Project, 7AM-4PM, 2PM-7PM and 10PM-7AM). In any given month, I have to work in atleast one of the shift (same) throughout the week. I walk to and from office daily (3KM). I eat 3 times daily (snacks and 2 meals). No breakfast (unless I work in morning shift) and lunch includes Chicken(with either rice or chapatis) most of the times and Desert. Dinner includes 1 Veg curry, 4 chapatis and Dal rice. I consume tea two times a day and don't smoke, don't drink more than 2 beers a month. I also eat one media sized piza once in a fortnight and also 4 burgers monthly , along with 1 liter soda.
Now coming to my question, Recently my stomach started bloating although everything seems normal. I am a bit worried. Please help!
