Stinging and hurting

Asked for Female, 15 Years

I've been having some issues with my butthole, it stings and hurts so bad and it's been going on for a week now .. maybe even a bit more .. I haven't really talked to a doctor about this because it's really embarrassing and weird, and I also have type 1 diabetes .. just incase you should know.
