Still worried after 2 hiv negativ result

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello Doctor, I had a protected sex with a sex worker as after i was worried i had a hiv duo test after 15 days of exposure and another after 92 days after the exposure and both were negative (0.04) but i am still worried because i am having itching on upper chest on jaw and on arms and sputum from last 24 days. Should i have another aftr 6 months? Or this may be any other problem.? Please help Doctor.
