Stiffness and Pain on left lower back
I have my back x-ray and MRI scan that reveals it is absolutely normal and is fully functuonal. There is no Vitamin B-12 or D deficiency. However, when I wake up in the morning my left lower back aches and is stiff. I have been doing yoga in the mornings and it helps a bit. But the stiffness hasn't declined and follows with an uneasy pain often.

If all your radiology reports are ok then no doubt this is a pain of muscular origin. It's good that you do yoga regularly but what matters is doing correct exercises rather than just doing it!!
Next Steps
You should consult a good Physiotherapist or Therapeutic Yoga Instructor for correct and effective asanas or exercises.
