If you are working on a computer, esp on a laptop then changing and correcting your posture will go a long way in helping you get rid of the pain. Work related bad ergonomics leading to repetitive stress injuries is one of the commonest causes for neck and low back pain. Also chronic deficiency of vitamin B12 & D3 may lead to some similar symptoms. After correcting above factors see a physiotherapist and practice correct posture and muscle strengthening exercises regularly. In the meantime muscle relaxant with a painkiller will help.
