Stiff Jaws and reduced mouth opening
I had been chewing tobacco and Gutkha for few years and now my mouth opening has reduced over the period of time and jaws have become stiff. Iam very concerned and depressed because of this, iam unable to eat spicy food and also I sweat a lot while eating.Please suggest any ointment that I could apply on inner mouth skin and jaws or what all test should be done.

Don't panic. It's good that you are alert now. The very first thing that you need to do now is to quit your habit of chewing tobacco. Try initially it's going to be tough but set a mindset to quit. Take counselling if needed Secondly you need a dental visit. The symptoms are suggestive of a case called osmf.... A dental visit will confirm. If incase tests are required you will be advised. Take the treatment here on
