STI OR FUNGAL INFECTION? Or sti?

Im 27yr old female married from last 6momths always had sex with protection and also 2 times without protection but in the month of april and may i had unprotected sex so it started witha back pain and side pain also vagina pain took some uti antibiotics with a kidney stone scan there were no stones consulted a gynic she checked me and told that theres a green cottage cheese discharge which is light green i got this discharge only on the day i went ti gynic before that i never got green discharge in the last 3 weeks but the sides pain still comes and goes so my gynic doc gave mes this af kit and told me to use me and partner one day course i wonder what i got is normal fungal infection or sti? There were no buring sensation during pee and no persistent green discharge she also told me that im getting pain coz of indigestion i had this chest pain from few days
