Std test negetive but mouth ulcers etc

Asked for Male, 34 Years

I had sex with a sex worker on Apr 2016, exactly after 2 months I had neuropathy type symptoms like burning feet, unable to identify hand movements & dizzyness. Visited neuro & physican and done the std tests, all negetive. Now I am suffering from frequent mouth ulcers, it heals also but come back in sometime. Pls suggest. Any tests reqd? Last std test done after 6 months 28 days, but negetive.
