STD symptoms and fear
I had protected vaginal sex with a sex worker 5 years ago(Apr 2016). 2 weeks later I developed pimple like rash on my wrist & the rashes continue to appear here & there until now (3-4 at a time). Rashes resolve on its own after 5-7 days sometimes leaving a mark. It generally appears on wrists, legs & stomach (not in genital area). After about 4-5 months I lost all my appetite. After about 1 year I started having some spots on my tongue(top surface only). These spots also come & go but the tongue has turned white & the entire throat remains sore all the time. Now after 5 years I am feeling the urge to go to washroom after every small meal. I've gone through full STD panel(3H,VDRL,HSV etc)twice(2019 & 2021) & they have been -ve. I used to have on & off acidity problems but otherwise I was generally healthy. I feel headache, heart palpitations, tense & weak all the time. I've visited dermats, gastroenterologists, ENTs, sexologists & all have ruled out a STD.  If not STD, what else is it ?
