Std and hiv related. Wrong with me?

I had safe vaginal intercourse with a massage therapist what I all did with her was safe vaginal intercourse (no breakdown of condom and no slipped Condom),french kiss(1-2 mins) and I fingered her vaginal tract deeply I really got afraid when I got a fever,sore throat and chills on 9th day so did following tests 9th day-ictc(-ve) 20th day-hiv cmia(4th gen)(-ve) & std profile(cmv- positive) 28th day-hiv rna pcr(not detected) Due to persisting sore throat,phlegm and mild fever like sensation (fever never crossed 100deg f)(occasionally 99 or in 98's) and chills followed testing 35th day-cmia(-ve) 55th day-elfa (-ve) and many doctors said I can feel free but on 58th day got string of rashes on my hand(photo attached) 62nd-proviral dna(not detected) 64th-elfa(4th gen)(-ve) 65th-cd4(465 normal ref range 450-1100),70th-cmia(-ve) What's really wrong with me? Suicidal thoughts everywhere,have sore throat since 9th day,lot of phlegm,hard to breath kind of feeling and recurrent rashes please help
