Suffering from stamach problems like bolting of stomach fullness in stomach without eating gases forming but no release proper indigestion as per endoscopy report GE Junction linear erosion noted near Z line GE Junction noted at 38cm.Duedenum D1:deformed cap noted erythema erosion noted D2:Normal Endoscopy opinion :- grade A reflux esophagitis Deformed [LA-staging system Deformed duodenal cap with Duodenitis. Pls kindly suggest me what to do with the about treatment of gastric. My dad age is 55 years suffering since 1 month.. Kindly suggest me

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
