Sprain TFCC right

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I have small perforation in the radial aspects of TFCC of right wirst and contour irregularity is also there in the central region of TFCC on wright wrist, more on the urnal aspects. My treatment is going on in safdujung soprts injury center Delhi from February 2017, no improvement so far. Doctor asked me to wear a sprint and some exercises and I am continually doing it but no improvement. Please suggest something better.

Ur taking proper treatment at a nice sports injury centre. U need only conservative treatment in the form of splint currently. If it does not recover only option will be a surgical repair of the TFCC at a later date
